Terms and Conditions for Use of MenjagAi

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MenjagAi, an artificial intelligence service provided by Jag Ai Resources (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using MenjagAi, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use MenjagAi.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MenjagAi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using MenjagAi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MenjagAi is an artificial intelligence-based service designed to provide information, answer queries, or generate content based on user inputs. MenjagAi is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use MenjagAi only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use MenjagAi to engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Input or share content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights, privacy, or other applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with MenjagAi’s functionality or security.
  • Use MenjagAi to generate or distribute malicious code, malware, or other harmful content.

3.2 User Content: Any data, text, or other materials you provide to MenjagAi (“User Content”) remains your responsibility. You grant Jag Ai Resources a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store User Content solely to provide and improve MenjagAi’s services.

3.3 Accuracy of Inputs: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of User Content. Jag Ai Resources is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from your inputs.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in MenjagAi, including its algorithms, code, and design, belong to Jag Ai Resources or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from MenjagAi without prior written consent.

4.2 User-Generated Output: Any content generated by MenjagAi in response to your inputs (“Output”) is provided for your personal or authorized use only. You may not claim ownership of MenjagAi’s underlying technology or use the Output for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted in writing by Jag Ai Resources.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection: We may collect, store, and process User Content and other data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using MenjagAi, you consent to such data practices.

5.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use MenjagAi at your own risk.

5.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), when providing User Content or using MenjagAi.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranties: MenjagAi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2 Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jag Ai Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MenjagAi, including but not limited to losses related to data, profits, or business opportunities.

6.3 Third-Party Content: MenjagAi may provide information or links to third-party content. Jag Ai Resources is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of such content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jag Ai Resources, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of MenjagAi, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Us: Jag Ai Resources may suspend or terminate your access to MenjagAi at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

8.2 Termination by You: You may stop using MenjagAi at any time. Upon termination, your obligations under these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, indemnification) survive.

9. Modifications to Terms

Jag Ai Resources reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website at https://www.menjagai.com/terms-conditions/ with the effective date. Your continued use of MenjagAi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MenjagAi shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jag Ai Resources regarding the use of MenjagAi.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

11.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
